He is a great and loving dog but can be temperamental. He tends to resource gaurd and can lash out on other dogs or kids if he thinks they are going to take his stuff. He would be a great companion but just needs to be the only dog. He doesn't mind cats but there needs to be no kids in the house. Lastly, since he resource guards if you adopt him everyone in the house should take turns feeding him. He really is a great dog the majority of the time he just has a hard time with resources to include: toys, treats, bones, food, the couch or bed, and when he is sleeping. It's not all the time with most of the items but pretty consistent with were he sleeping and anything food related. Majority if the tine he is great, if you are consistent with him and don't scare him he is outstanding. He must be musseled when walking him.
